Shipping & Processing Time

All Sun & Sparrow items are made handmade at our studio in Denver, CO. Please allow 7 days for items to process and ship. Processing time does not include shipping time. 

 

 

Returns

If you don't love your jewelry, we will gladly refund any item(s) within 14 business days from the delivery date of the order. All item(s) must be unworn and in the original packaging. Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment. 

Sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Sun & Sparrow does not provide return shipping labels.

In your email, please include your order number, a description of the issue and a photo of the item(s) for us to better assist you.
